The context of Clive’s work as an Executive Coach is primarily with helping clients to improve or overcome challenges in their business life. There have also been occasions where the coaching has led to helping them work through other aspects of their life/behaviour.
As well as executive coaching, business leaders have worked with Clive as a mentor and trusted advisor. His approachable style encourages people to open-up and share their thoughts. He acts as a sounding board to stimulate fresh thinking and generate new ideas. His coaching skills are also used in motorsport where he is a driver coach working with competitors.
His coaching clients are based worldwide, and in particular, Clive has worked with leaders in UK, Europe, South East Asia and USA. In 2014, Clive received a Global Coaching Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai and more recently was recognised by the Association for Coaching for his volunteer work in supporting the coaching community.
