Biography

Clive Steeper is a distinguished figure in both the business and motorsport worlds, known for his exceptional ability to drive world-class performance. With a career spanning several decades, Clive has worked in innovation and led rapid growth businesses as well as operating in the dynamic, demanding and competitive world of professional motorsport.

Clive has collaborated with many of motorsport’s legends, serving as a Tyre Engineer in Formula 1 and other premier racing categories. His expertise extends beyond engineering, having also taken on the role of Team Manager for the grueling Le Mans 24-hour endurance race.

A versatile talent, Clive is not only a skilled race car instructor but also a championship-winning race driver, bringing firsthand experience of the track to his coaching and instructional roles. His engineering prowess is underscored by his Fellowship from Cranfield University.

In addition to his motorsport achievements, Clive is a Professional Executive Coach and has co-authored several influential business books covering topics such as Risk, Leadership, Motivation, and Change. His unique blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen makes him a sought-after coach and mentor, inspiring both business leaders and racing professionals to reach new heights of performance.
